We provide professional care and management of clients’ homes while they are away for the season or on vacation.  During each visit, we examine homes thoroughly for signs of damage or loss.  We ensure that there are no security issues or signs of unlawful entry.  We check doors, windows, lights, home systems, and appliances.  We also check for mildew, leaks, odors, pests, and/or storm damage.  We will bring in mail and newspapers. Using the latest technologies, we provide a report of each visit to clients, including notification of any concerns.

Coordinate Home Renovations & Maintenance

Whether you are a seasonal resident or a busy professional, we can coordinate and supervise work done at your home.  We have overseen everything from a complete home renovation to minor repairs.  If you are away, we will report on the progress of the work and send photographs of it via the internet, so you can see for yourself.  In addition to supervising work, we can arrange the schedule of work and provide access to your home to authorized trades people.
