TopNotch HomeWatch, LLC, is a family business, owned and operated by Christene Campbell Gabor and her husband Tom.  Christene and Tom have over 30 years of experience in providing service to the public and in-depth knowledge of security issues and needs.  We provide personalized, professional care of homes on Florida's Treasure Coast.

Our Services  

HomeWatch: We provide professional care and management of clients’ homes while they are away for the season or on vacation.   Our weekly inspections include a security check, room to room inspection, including checking the air conditioner, humidistat and plumbing.  We also confirm your landscape, pool, and pest services  are providing quality care of your property.  We provide a record of all visits on your secure client page.

Coordinate Home Renovations & Maintenance: Whether you are a seasonal resident or a busy professional, we can coordinate and supervise work that you would like done at your home.  We will be there when you can't be.  We will also arrange for services, meet with service contractors, and oversee their work.  We provide a record of all work and services that is done. 

Hurricane Preparation: We provide hurricane alerts via the internet to seasonal clients and have a crew to install shutters quickly and at affordable rates.  We will secure the outside of you home by moving patio furniture, flower pots, grills and other items that could become airborne missiles during a storm.  We will also coordinate with your insurance company and service providers to follow up.
